2. What this policy covers
This policy explains how we collect and use personal data when you visit this website, contact us, or become a client. It is written to meet the requirements of UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data and, where they apply to you, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the UK GDPR.
3. The data we collect
Data you give us
- Contact details, such as your name, email address, phone number and company name, when you write to us or book a call.
- The content of your messages and any information about your business that you choose to share with us.
- If you become a client: billing details, contract information, and the access or permissions you grant us to your advertising, analytics, website or messaging accounts.
Data collected automatically
When you visit this website, our hosting provider records standard technical information in server logs, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you request and the date and time of each request. We use these logs only to keep the website secure and working.
This website does not use analytics tools, advertising pixels or tracking cookies. Our Cookie Policy explains this in more detail.
Data we do not ask for
We do not ask for special category data, such as information about health, religious or political beliefs, or biometric data. Please do not send it to us.
4. How we use your data
We use personal data only for the purposes below, each with a legal basis.
| Purpose | Legal basis |
|---|---|
| Replying to your enquiry and preparing a proposal | Steps taken at your request before a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries |
| Delivering our services and managing the client relationship | Performance of a contract |
| Issuing invoices, keeping accounting records and meeting tax obligations | Legal obligation |
| Keeping this website and our systems secure and preventing misuse | Legitimate interest |
| Sending you updates about our services | Your consent, which you can withdraw at any time |
| Establishing, exercising or defending legal claims | Legitimate interest and legal obligation |
We do not use your data for automated decision making that produces legal or similarly significant effects for you.
5. Data we handle for our clients
When we run campaigns, landing pages, tracking or messaging flows for a client, we may process personal data of that client's customers and leads, for example form submissions or conversion events sent to advertising platforms. In that case the client is the controller and we act as a processor on the client's documented instructions, under a data processing agreement.
If you are a customer of one of our clients and want to exercise your rights, please contact that business directly. We will help them respond as the law requires.
6. Who we share data with
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with:
- Service providers that help us run our business, such as website hosting, email, cloud storage, video calls, accounting and payment providers. They process data on our behalf and are bound by confidentiality and security obligations.
- Advertising and analytics platforms, such as Meta, Google and TikTok, when this is needed to deliver the services a client has asked for.
- Professional advisers, such as lawyers, accountants and auditors, where necessary.
- Public authorities, regulators or courts, when the law requires it or when needed to protect our rights.
- A buyer or successor, if our business is reorganised, merged or sold, on the condition that they respect this policy.
7. International transfers
We are based in the United Arab Emirates, and some of our service providers operate in other countries, including the United States and member states of the European Union. When personal data protected by the GDPR or the UK GDPR is transferred to a country without an adequacy decision, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission. Transfers of data out of the UAE are made in line with the conditions set by UAE data protection law.
8. How long we keep data
- Enquiries that do not lead to a contract: up to 24 months after our last contact.
- Contracts, invoices and accounting records: for as long as UAE commercial and tax law requires, currently up to seven years.
- Access to client accounts: removed or handed back when the engagement ends.
- Server logs: normally no longer than 90 days, unless we need them to investigate a security incident.
- Consent to receive updates: until you withdraw it.
9. How we protect data
We use technical and organisational measures that match the risk, including encrypted connections, two-factor authentication on the accounts we use, access limited to the people who need it, and regular reviews of the permissions clients have granted us. No system is completely secure, but if a data breach affects you, we will notify you and the relevant authority where the law requires us to.
10. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you and receive a copy.
- Correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete.
- Ask us to delete your data.
- Ask us to restrict how we use your data.
- Object to processing based on our legitimate interests, and object at any time to direct marketing.
- Receive your data in a portable format.
- Withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting processing that took place before.
To use any of these rights, email us at info@quantumreachuae.com. We may ask you to confirm your identity. We reply within one month, or within the period set by the law that applies to you.
You can also complain to a data protection authority. In the UAE this is the UAE Data Office. If you live in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you can contact the supervisory authority in your country, for example the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali in Italy.

This website and our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.
12. Links to other websites
This website may link to other websites. We are not responsible for how those websites handle personal data, so please read their own privacy policies.
