Refund Policy

When fees can be refunded, how cancellations work, and how to make a request.

1. Scope

This policy applies to fees paid to Quantum Reach L.L.C-FZ for marketing services. If your Agreement with us sets different refund or cancellation terms, the Agreement prevails.

2. Setup and project fees

  • If you cancel before we start work, we refund the setup or project fee in full.
  • Once work has started, setup and project fees are not refundable, because they pay for work already carried out, such as audits, strategy, tracking setup and page builds.

3. Monthly fees

  • Monthly management fees are billed in advance for each billing period.
  • You can cancel with 30 days written notice, unless the Agreement sets a different notice period. No further fees are charged after the notice period ends.
  • Fees for a billing period that has already started are not refundable.

4. Advertising spend

Advertising spend paid directly to platforms such as Meta, Google or TikTok is not handled by us and cannot be refunded by us. Where we have agreed to hold an advertising budget on your behalf, any unspent balance is returned to you within 14 days of the end of the engagement, after deducting charges the platforms have already made.

5. If we end the engagement

If we end an engagement without a reason caused by you, we refund any prepaid fees for work not yet performed, calculated pro rata.

6. If a deliverable is not as agreed

If you believe a deliverable does not match what was agreed, tell us within 14 days of delivery. We will correct it at no extra cost. If we cannot correct it, we will agree a partial refund in proportion to the part that was not delivered as agreed.

7. How to request a refund

  1. Email info@quantumreachuae.com with your invoice number and the reason for your request.
  2. We reply within 5 working days.
  3. Approved refunds are paid within 14 days to the original payment method.

We do not charge for processing refunds. Fees charged by your bank or payment provider are outside our control.

8. Payment disputes

If you have a problem with a payment, please contact us before opening a dispute or chargeback with your bank. Most issues can be resolved quickly by email.
